nourishing, warm, and bright
green and blue hues cast in gold
i float through warm water
a capsule of secret messages & medicine

i am an underwater giant
the ocean is my phone
we are connected through the water

This acapella song was released and featured in dance work titled SEED, choreographed by Shameka Blake (Artists in Motion) and danced by Wilhem Sadler. SEED explores the different stages of growth and development of an artist. The dance work has been featured in festivals like Toes for Dance (2023), and Toronto Fall for Dance (2023), and NightShift at Citadel + Compagnie (2023).
The cover artwork for the song was collaborative designed by DopeHiero (Michael McQuade) and Ariel Sim, featuring a silhouette of dancer Willem Sadler in-process during SEED rehearsals.
